Will medical insurance pay for sober housing?
Though Medical insurance will cover addiction recovery programs like treatment, it does not cover housing costs.
What forms of payment does Seed & Soul Homestead accept?
We believe that recovery housing and personal development should be accessible to everyone who seeks it. We accept self-pay and GRH, which is a state funded housing support program.
Does Seed & Soul offer self-pay discount?
Yes. We understand that most of our residents are on a journey to create a stable foundation for themselves. We offer a self-pay discount that brings rent down to $800/month. The most affordable in the twins cities. Our primary purpose is to heal souls, not rake you over the coals.

What culinary skills will residents learn?
Residents will learn knife skills, sanitation practices, nutrition, budgeting, and meal preparation through hands-on cooking classes each week.
